LeChaim Farm — Feeding Plants Without Overthinking
If you’ve ever stood in front of your plants holding three different bottles and wondering which one to use — you’re not alone.
At one point, I had a full feeding stack:
BioMax, Seaweed, High-K, Floral-K, Cal-Mag, plus vermicast in the soil.
It looked complete. It looked scientific.
It was also confusing.
So I simplified everything into something I can follow even early in the morning, half-awake, before the sun hits the balcony.
🧠 The Simplified Rule
Most days, just use one feed:
👉 BioMax
That’s it.
🔘 The 3-Button System
Instead of thinking in terms of products, I now think in terms of actions.
🟢 Default Feed — BioMax
This is the everyday feed.
If the plant is growing normally, this is enough.
🟡 Booster — Seaweed (Occasional)
Used only when needed:
- After transplant
- When plants look stressed
- Or once every 1–2 weeks
It is not a main fertilizer. It is a support.
🔴 Fruiting Mode — High-K + Cal-Mag
Only for fruiting plants like tomato, chili, and melon.
- High-K helps fruits grow and fill
- Cal-Mag supports structure and prevents issues
Used occasionally, not daily.
🌸 What About Floral-K?
Optional.
If you want, use it once or twice when flowering begins.
After that, High-K is enough.
You can completely skip Floral-K and your system will still work.
🟤 The Quiet Foundation
👉 Vermicast stays in the soil.
- Feeds slowly
- Improves soil life
- Reduces the need for constant liquid feeding
⚖️ What This System Solves
This simplified approach removes:
- Overlapping fertilizers
- Conflicting signals
- The habit of “feeding just in case”
Plants do not need more inputs.
They need clearer signals.
🌱 Final Thought
Plants respond to consistency more than complexity.
If a system is hard to follow, it will eventually be abandoned.
So the best system is not the most complete one —
it is the one you can repeat every day without thinking.
